Just moved to Dallas? Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. There’s a whole Jewish community ready to meet you, and we’d love to help you find your place in it. The Federation is your front door to Jewish life in Dallas, and this is your invitation to come on in.
Welcome
We know how it feels to be the new person in town, still figuring out which highway to avoid and where to find a decent bagel. Getting settled takes a while, but finding your people shouldn’t have to. However you practice and wherever you are in your Jewish life, there’s room for you here, and someone glad to help you find your way around.
How It Works
It’s pretty simple.
1. Tell us a little about yourself and what you’re hoping to find.
2. We’ll introduce you to a Federation insider, someone who actually lives here and knows their way around.
3. They’ll reach out, answer your questions, and help you find the synagogues, schools, groups, and events that feel like a fit. No pressure, just a friendly face to start with.
Who This Is For
Anyone new to Jewish Dallas. It doesn’t matter how you practice, how observant you are, or whether you’re flying solo or moving a whole household. Interfaith families, the Jewish-curious, lifelong members, and folks who haven’t walked into a synagogue in years are all welcome here. You don’t have to belong to anything or know a single soul.
