Emerging Leaders represent the future of Jewish Dallas. This select group has the potential to impact our community through philanthropy and volunteerism now and for decades to come. Join a cohort of 30s and 40s with a desire to repair the world, grow into trusted leaders, and serve Jewish organizations across the metroplex.

Leadership Development Group

Create a better community for yourself, your family, and your community alongside a group of individuals and couples who share your passion for doing good. The Leadership Development Group (LDG) offers a unique, localized experience focused on equipping you with the skills, network, and knowledge to make a tangible difference in our community. Applicants follow a curated curriculum of personal and professional growth to elevate their impact and position themselves as knowledgeable leaders within Jewish Dallas.

Shake hands with groundbreakers, disrupters, and powers-of-good across the nation as a National Young Leadership Cabinet (NYLC) member. Those who serve as committed representatives meet with legislators, prioritize social justice through philanthropy, and serve as advocates for our community on the global stage. With mentorship from Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), your conversations could truly change the world.
