Veterans Shabbat

Join us for Veterans Shabbat, a special service honoring the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. We are honored to welcome members of Jewish War Veterans Post 256 and their Color Guard for an inspiring evening of prayer, reflection, and patriotic melodies as we pay tribute to our nation’s heroes.

Following the service, stay and enjoy a delicious roasted chicken Shabbat dinner with our Shearith community, then hear from three distinguished veterans—Colonel (Ret.) Steven Solka, Captain (Ret.) Jeff Coran, and Colonel (Ret.) Jonathan Cohen—as they share their experiences in a special panel.

*To honor our nation’s heroes, Shearith is proud to provide all Veterans’ meals this evening with gratitude and appreciation for their service.
