About the Speaker:
Healthy eating, cooking, exercise, and overall well-being have always been Suzy Harmon’s passions. After many years working in the financial world as a Certified Public Accountant, she saw firsthand how often people sacrificed their physical health in the pursuit of financial success. That realization inspired her to take a new path—one focused on helping busy professionals, parents, and families improve their health, well-being, and quality of life.

Suzy received specialized training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and became a Certified Health Coach in 2014. Through her wellness practice, Harmonious Health, she empowers others to make healthier food choices, overcome food addictions, and adopt lifestyle habits that energize the body, enrich the spirit, and ignite the mind. She is also the author of the book, “Hungry for Health, Starved for Time”.
