DHHRM Crucial Conversations – Challenging Antisemitism

The series is open to anyone who can attend any session.

Session 1: Contemporary Antisemitism APRIL 7TH

In the first session of this series, experts will discuss elements of the 20th century history of antisemitism and aspects of contemporary antisemitism. Discussion will include the explosive rise of antisemitic rhetoric and actions following the October 7th attacks.

Session 2: Antisemitism on College Campuses at Home and Abroad MAY 13TH

In the second session of this series, we will assemble a panel of experts to discuss the rise of antisemitism on college campuses within the United States and globally. The conversation will focus on antisemitic speech and action on campuses and its drivers and the global rise of antisemitism, what accounts for it, and what we might see in the future.

Session 3: Combatting Antisemitism JUNE 10TH

In the final session of this series, we will discuss concrete strategies to combat current day antisemitism. Building on the foundation of history, knowledge, and understanding developed during the series, this session will serve as a call to action for all of us to engage in this work.
