What We Do
Adults
Defining and evolving what it means to be Jewish in Dallas.

Pack Your Bags and See Our Mission at Work
Kol Yisrael Areivim Zeh b’Zeh (Talmud Bavli, Shavuot 39a)– “All Jews are responsible for one another.” It’s hard to feel love and obligation toward people and places you’ve never seen before and perhaps don’t really understand. That’s why the Federation makes travel to Israel and other global locations with Jewish significance a priority. (Plus, it’s fun!) We hope you’ll join us on one of our next adventures.
Connect with Likeminded Jewish Peers
Find other people who care as deeply about our Jewish community as you do and make a difference together today. Whether through the exclusive events of Federation’s philanthropic societies, spirited volunteerism, or professional development, the Federation regularly gathers Jewish Dallas’ best, brightest, and most committed individuals to make a difference together in our community.
Unique Opportunities to Travel to Israel
-
Taglit Birthright Israel
Birthright Israel invites you to travel to the center of Jewish history for a once-in-a-lifetime 10-day journey. Alongside a diverse community of Jewish and Israeli peers, we’ll experience the ancient allure of Jerusalem, take in the stark beauty of the Negev Desert, and channel the innovative spirit of Tel Aviv.
-
Taglit Birthright Israel: Onward
Onward Israel offers exciting resume building opportunities – internships, academic study and fellowships – providing a global, cross-cultural experience in Israel and direct contact with Israeli peers.
-
Masa Israel Journey
During a Masa Teen Journey, Fellows will learn about the issues facing the Jewish world and how it relates to their own communities. Programming with Masa emphasizes the development of Fellows both on an educational and personal level. We aim to provide Fellows with opportunities to delve deeply into their identity, and beliefs, and prepare themselves to handle challenges back home.
Help Jewish Dallas
At the end of the day, our Federation is just a vehicle for uniting and directing the many people in our community who care enough to take action on behalf of Jewish Dallas. Make your gift, take a stand, and commit to playing your part in sustaining our local and global community.
