EXODUS Over Breakfast brings together Black, Jewish, and Black-Jewish leaders for the transformative power of breaking bread. Led by Van Jones’ EXODUS Leadership Forum and Dream Machine Innovation Lab, these intimate gatherings create sacred space for the hardest—and most necessary—conversations. In a time of rising extremism and dangerous division, EXODUS Over Dinner affirms a simple truth: the antidote to polarization is not separation, but the courage to sit together, listen deeply, and build the coalitions democracy needs.
