About David Ben-Gurion
In 1948, David Ben-Gurion became the face of a great new generation of Jews. Today, the Ben-Gurion society embodies his legacy; we are young men and women who combine our power, passion, and resources to build a strong and responsible Jewish community, at home, in Israel and around the world.

Leadership Development Group (LDG)
Provides a forum for disseminating information about the Federation and experiences that offer group opportunities to learn about the vital work Federation does for our community and Israel. From visiting the agencies such as CHAI, Jewish Family Service and The Legacy at Willow Bend, to learning about the Planning & Allocations process, these young leaders commit to a year of Federation activities and involvement.

To create opportunities for young adults to come together throughout the year, the newly-established LEADS (Leadership Education and Development Series) was created as a gateway program into learning about Federation for young adults 23-31. This series focuses on leadership development and philanthropy. Each program is a combination of fun and social activities while learning about the work Federation does throughout Dallas and worldwide.
