Join Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas Solidarity Mission to Israel  

Monday, February 19 - Thursday, February 22, 2024 

In response to the overwhelming requests from the community and in line with the mission of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, we are proud to announce a Solidarity Mission to Israel. 

This is not an ordinary mission.

It’s designed for those who have substantial knowledge of Israel, see themselves as leaders in the American Jewish community, and are prepared for a high emotional toll as we bear witness to the realities of Israel post-Oct 7, 2023. The Jewish Dallas community has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to supporting Israel, so in line with a longstanding tradition and our JFGD mission, we are offering this opportunity to those who are willing and able.

This mission is not just an opportunity; it is a call to action. 

Itinerary Highlights: 

• Commence the mission by expressing solidarity with Israel at the Western Wall.
• Receive briefings from official, military, and professional experts.
• Visit a Kibbutz affected by the actions of Hamas.
• Share lunch with IDF soldiers at their base.
• Engage in a firsthand meeting with survivors of the October 7th incident.
• Participate in a hands-on volunteer activity.
• Connect with Zaka, Israel's search and rescue squad, to hear their experiences as the first responders at the Kibbutzim.

Pricing (Land Only):

2 Options:

Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem: $3,200 double occupancy (+$690 single supplement) 

Dan Panorama Jerusalem: $2,300 double occupancy (+295 single supplement) 

Pricing Includes:

• 3 nights at the Waldorf Astoria or Dan Panorama in Jerusalem

Commitment from all participants to join: 

Must arrive in Israel no later than Monday, February 19, 2024, at 2 pm. 

Must have a valid passport with an expiration date after August 16, 2024.

Must stay with the group for the entirety of the mission.

Cancellations and Refunds 

Cancelations can be made for a full refund no later than January 1, 2024. 

Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas understands the situation in Israel is fluid. Should the mission be canceled by Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, funds will be refunded back to participants.
