Dr. Anne Kirk of Philadelphia will be leading 2 Women’s Self-Protection workshops in Dallas with all proceeds donated to Genesis Women’s Shelter.

Anne is the Director of Women’s Self-Protection for Krav Maga Universal and runs free seminars around the country on a monthly basis. Anne is also a graduate of Wingate Institute’s Krav Maga training in Netanya, Israel. Anne has worked with local and state police departments as well as the US military. Anne is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a certified Strong First Kettlebell Instructor, and Certified Krav Maga Universal Instructor. Anne runs The Female Collective, a private Facebook Group with hundreds of women sharing ideas about women’s safety and self-worth. She posts her live videos and blogs on www.PrincipleMovement.com

Anne believes the first line of self-defense is understanding and believing that you are worth protecting. Anne’s seminars focus on identifying your self-worth and training to protect that gift at any cost. She focuses on awareness, intuition, and giving yourself permission to put your safety above someone else’s feelings. She emphasizes that everyday people can be everyday heroes for themselves and their families just by seeing danger before it happens and avoiding the fight. If the fight is unavoidable, Anne gives you the principles of mindset, tactics, to give you a fighting chance to get home safely.
Anne will be in Texas instructing at the International Krav Maga Camp, teaching alongside veterans of Israeli, UK and US Counter Terrorism, Special Forces, professional fighters and sharpshooters.
