The Furniture 4 Kids Party & Auction unites the worlds of fine food and high-end design for a memorable evening to benefit Vogel Alcove. This unique event celebrates the joy, imagination and whimsy of childhood. The furniture in question comes from the "Let Your Inner Designer Out of the Box" competition, a design contest in which identical wooden toy boxes are transformed into functional furniture pieces. Event attendees can vote for their favorite piece and also bid on the items in a silent auction.

Showing off their own creativity, Dallas' top chefs will serve tasting portions of their signature dishes. Lisa Garza-Selcer, owner of Sissy's Southern Kitchen, will oversee the food and wine offerings and provide tasty treats from her restaurant.
