Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance will open its new special exhibit, “Anne Frank: History for Today,” with a reception and lecture on January 14, 2016, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The exhibit will run through May 31, 2015.
This exhibit recounts Anne Frank’s story using a wide selection of family photographs and passages from the diary. Her biography is enhanced by testimony from Holocaust survivors. The fact that the struggle against racism and prejudice is an ongoing one is emphasized by many references to contemporary instances of intolerance and injustice.
