The National Cuisine of Texas meets the Dietary Laws of the Bible in the inaugural Dallas Kosher BBQ Championship. Teams from around the country show off their smoking and grilling skills in a fun, family event with food, music, cooking demonstrations, great kids activities - and, of course, barbecue.
