MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Tycher Library is to provide materials and programming for the Jewish community of Greater Dallas. The library collection will consist of materials in all media that will enable members to enhance their experience of Jewish life and provide resources for the study of Judaism. The library staff is committed to excellence in its service to all users.
The Tycher Library offers full reference services to the general community and an array of general programming that promotes involvement in Jewish lifelong education. The Library has a broad collection of Judaica – books, audiobooks, video and DVDs.

HISTORY
The Tycher Library has been serving the information and reading needs of the Jewish community of Greater Dallas for over 25 years. The Library opened on November 15, 1981 with a collection of 500 donated books. A grand re-opening and dedication of the new space occurred in June 2007. The Tycher Library now has a collection of more than 10,000 items.
The Tycher Library is located in the Mankoff Center for Jewish Learning on the 2nd floor of the Aaron Family Jewish Community Center (7900 Northaven Road in Dallas, TX 75230)
